We are sad to report the passing of Hazel Andrews on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Hazel was a long time and dedicated member of RTOERO District 12 Norfolk Executive serving as President and Co-Chair of Project: Service to Other Committee (Community Grants and Scholarship.) Hazel was honoured for her contributions to RTOERO with the Distinguished District Member Award in 2018 and honoured with her 25 year membership in 2021.
